Sitt'n Pretty won 2nd Place at the 2009 Aitkin plein air competition.I felt this scene really captured the character of Aitkin county. More yard -less house, and the project car i havent gotten to just yet-no worries!

The Salmon Slayer

Painted during the Aitkin River boat days plein air painting competition. I found this guy sitting in the weeds across the street from a resort on the north side of Mille Lacs Lake. The owner claimed it has taken many large salmon!
